The Moot Hall is a prominent Grade II * listed moot hall building situated at the southern end of Main Street in Keswick, Cumbria, England. It was originally built in 1571, and was rebuilt in 1695; the current building dates to 1813. Formerly an assembly building,〔Dalton, p.624〕 Moot Hall contains a Tourist Information Centre on the ground floor, with an art gallery on the floor above.〔(Keswick Tourist Information Centre ), Visitcumbria.com, retrieved 31 August 2014〕 ==References==
